“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9

Storms have a way of revealing how little strength we carry on our own — and how much we need His.

Scripture reminds us that strength is not the absence of struggle, but the presence of God within it. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, we are reminded, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” God does not ask us to be strong in ourselves. Instead, He meets us in our weakness and fills the gaps with His grace, working powerfully in the places where we feel most worn down and overwhelmed.

The Bible also tells us, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1). When storms rise, we are not promised an easy path — but we are promised His nearness. Faith is often forged not in calm waters, but in the perseverance that comes from trusting Him through the storm.

Stronger Than the Storm is a reminder that true strength is not found in holding everything together, but in surrendering what we cannot carry alone. When the storm feels loud and your strength feels small, His grace remains steady — enough to sustain you, enough to carry you through, and powerful enough to work even in the hardest seasons.

You may bend. You may feel weary. But by His grace, you will not be overcome.
