All of our premium pieces feature professional embroidery or satin stitch appliqué — never vinyl or heat-pressed designs.

📦 How long does it take to receive my order?

Because items are made to order:

  • Production time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping time: Calculated at checkout

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
