Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an error on our part — such as a defect, damage, or mistake in the embroidery or personalization — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is an error in the design, embroidery, or personalization
  • The wrong item was received

Photo documentation may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or personalized items
  • Items ordered in the wrong size
  • Items ordered with incorrect personalization details provided at checkout
  • Normal variations in fabric, thread color, or appliqué placement, which are part of the handmade process

Processing

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
